Extraordinary Meeting of the Council of Ministers of february 27, 2020
The Council of Ministers met at the Government Palace in Dili and approved a draft Government Resolution, presented by the Acting Minister of Finance, Sara Lobo Brites, on the Tariff Regime Associated with the Use of the Port of Tibar and Associated Services. The Government approved the list of additional tariffs and their agreed amounts between the State and the concessionaire, for further publication in the Jornal da República of the full list of main and additional tariffs, so that they charge these fees from the beginning of the period of operation of the Port of Tibar.
The Acting Minister of Finance presented a draft deliberation, approved by the Council of Ministers, on the use of the IDA 18 concessional loan from the World Bank, to be used in a water and sanitation project in the municipality of Baucau and in strengthening basic education in Timor-Leste. ENDS
