Strategic Development Plan (SDP)
The Timor-Leste Strategic Development Plan reflects the aspirations of the Timorese people to create a strong and prosperous Nation. The Plan was developed to inspire change, to support bold collective actions and to plan a better future.

PNTL takes over from UNPOL
The Timor-Leste National Police (PNTL) has received, from UNPOL, the responsibility
for ensuring Safety in Timor-Leste.
New stamp models for Timor-Leste
Timor-Leste issue, for circulation, new stamp models depicting the "International Year of Biodiversity, which is celebrated in 2010. There are six stamps - two of 50 cents, two of 75 cents and two of one dollar - with images of reptiles and amphibians, species characteristic of Timor-Leste.
