Minister of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers formally delivery ministerial portfolios, which occupied an interim basis, to the new members of the Government
On 25 June, the Minister of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, Fidelis Manuel Leite Magalhães, formally handed over the ministerial portfolios, which he occupied on an interim basis, to the newly appointed Government members who will now lead these Ministries.
During the meetings, the Minister of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers explained to the new Ministers the activities already carried out in each Ministry, the pending matters and delivered the reports on the mandate of each Ministry during the last two years.
On the morning of the 25th, Fidelis Magalhães met with the Minister of Tourism, Commerce and Industry, José Lucas do Carmo da Silva and with the Minister of Petroleum and Minerals, Víctor da Conceição Soares.
During the afternoon, meetings were held with the Minister of Planning and Territory, José Maria dos Reis and with the Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs, Joaquim Amaral, in the presence of the Secretary of State for Professional Training and Employment, Alarico de Rosário, Secretary of State of Cooperatives, Elizário Ferreira and Secretary of State for the Environment, Demétrio do Amaral de Carvalho.
