Training in E-Goverment

Date: 12 to 23 of June 2017
Location: National Directorate of Registry and Notary Services Training Room, Dili, Vila Verde.
Government personnel are to receive specialised training in E-Goverment which has been successfully conducted in Angola, Cape Verde, Guinea-Bissau, Mozambique and São Tomé and Príncipe.
The training targets professionals with leadership and management responsibilities within E-Goverment, digital services and management of information and communication technologies (ICT).
The Government has prioritised the development of E-Goverment with the objective of bringing the State Services and citizens closer, to ease access to information and procedures.
The training aims Government personnel from African Portuguese speaking countries (PALOPs), Portugal and Timor-Leste and flows from a partnership between the Ministry for the Presidency of the Council of Ministers and the National Directorate for Registry and Notary Services of the Ministry of Justice, within the scope of the Project for Support of the Improvement of PALOP and Timor-Leste Public Service Quality and Proximity, financed by the European Union and implemented through Camões – Institute for Cooperation and Language.
