This plant has several usages, including ecological, historical, economic, cultural, therapeutic, and even of worship. That is why, within the policy of forest protection, sandalwood was given priority production.
The initiative begins at 8h00 and will have the presence of the Prime Minister, Rui Maria de Araujo, and the Minister of State, Coordinator of Economic Affairs and Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries, Estanislau da Silva.
