Digicel and Telin licensed to enter the National Telecommunications Market

The Government of the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste announces today, June 28, 2012 that the first new telecommunications licenses awarded pursuant to liberalisation of the sector will be issued to Digicel Pacific Limited (Digicel) and PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia International (Telin).
