3rd Celebration of Carnival in East Timor

The Ministry of Tourism, Commerce and Industry (MTCI) will hold, for the third consecutive year, the carnival festivities in Timor-Leste.
The event, which counts with the cooperation of relevant ministries and the Embassy of Brazil, will be held on March 5, starting at 1 pm. The parade will start on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs ending on the Government Palace.
Those interested in participating in this event, have to dress according to the Timorese culture. Each institution will contribute with 30 people.
