Timor-Leste’s National day in the 2010 Expo-Shangai starts with the arrival of a delegation of Timorese personalities to the center of the world expo, followed by the Oficial Ceremony of the Raising of the Timor-Leste National Flag and the National Anthem played by the Shanghai Military Band.
Among several scheduled activities, highlight goes to the Timorese National Choreography of Music, Song and Dance, performed by the LensuMutin of Suai, Lahane Group, Timor Furak and Lezeval groups and to the reception of a group of “special guests” – around 60 Chinese children, up to 12 years old, that will visit the Timorese Pavilion and will assist to the Multimedia show.
