Ground-breaking Ceremony for the construction of the Electricity Power plant in Oe-Cusse Ambeno

On November 5th, from 10.00 a.m. until 12.00 a.m., the President for the Authority of the Special Administrative Region of Oe-Cusse Ambeno and for the Special Zones of Social Market Economy of Timor-Leste, Dr. Mari Alkatiri, along with the Minister of Public Works, Gastão de Sousa, presides to the ground-breaking ceremonies for the construction of the Electric Power Plant, of the road from Sakato to Lifau, of the Urban Road of Pante Makassar, of the Road from Pante Makassar up to Tono Market and of the Noefefan Tono Bridge.
