Message of HE Prime Minister for the World Youth DayOn August 12 marks the World Youth Day and the theme for 2015 is "Youth Civic Engagement".

The Secretariat of State for Youth and Sport is in charge for the celebrations on the island of Atauro. The Prime Minister did not want to miss the chance to send a special message for the young Timorese.
