Message from Prime Minister Rui Maria de Araujo, on the National Mournig-endSeptember 4th, 2015, sets the beginning of “National Mourning-End” and it will be intensely celebrated until December 31st, the “Day of the Heroes”, with the launching of the foundation stone for the construction of the “National Monument to the War-Sacrificed”.

During this period, traditional ceremonies and public campaigns will be conducted, aiming to bring awareness to all Timorese about the importance of the role of each one, on the current State Building process.
