The Prime Minister of Timor-Leste, Rui Maria de Araújo, and the Cardinal Secretary of State of the Vatican, Pietro Parolin, sign the agreement that establishes the legal framework for relations of the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste with the Holy See and the Catholic Church
Prime Minister Rui Maria de Araujo participates on a Farewell Ceremony of the Retired Veterans on August 30th, at the headquarters of F-FDTLThe ceremony was held on the 16th anniversary of the Referendum, August 30, a milestone for Timor-Leste.
In total, they gathered 26 Sergeants and Lieutenants in the headquarters of F-FDTL, in which the Prime Minister has made them a special thanks for their dedication, patriotism and example for future generations. It also called for the participation of all in national development.
