Timor-Leste participates in the Indonesia Sea Games

Around a hundred Timor-Leste athletes participate in the 26th Edition of the Sea Games, which take place in Indonesia.
Timor-Leste is represented in twelve sport modalities: taekwondo (8 athletes), karate (9), table tennis (5), silat (13), badminton (5), boxing (8), weightlifting (4), volleyball (7), athletics (9), soccer (14), cycling (5) and kempo (16).
More than six thousand athletes from eleven countries participate in these biennial games.
