Meeting of the Council of Ministers on February 3rd, 2021
The Council of Ministers met, at Government Palace, in Dil, and analysed the presentation of the Minister of State Administration, Miguel Pereira de Carvalho, on the political and legislative options underlying the project related to the Movimentu Hafoun Aldeia Program (PMOHA – Portuguese acronym). The program aims to give communities an active role in improving their living conditions, bringing the development closer to the communities and promoting active and voluntary participation of the population in improving the provision of services and enhancing incomes of common interest.
