9.00am - Solemn session at the National Parliament. Local : National Parliament
A) Speech by the Special Representative of the UN general secretary;
b) Speech by the President of the National Assembly of Cape Verde, Jorge Santos;
c) Speech by the President of the Assembly of the Portuguese Republic, Eduardo Ferro Rodrigues;
d) Speech by the President of the National Parliament, Arão Noé de jesus da Costa Amaral.

12.30pm - Lunch hosted by H.E. The Prime-Minister to the guests. Local: Ministry of Finance Building



2:30 p.m. - Start of public concentration in the Tasi Tolu precinct

3 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. - Start of cultural activities (musical groups, dances, etc.) and presentation of sports, art and other prizes. Local Tasi Tolu
a) Percussion Ensemble;
b) Band Ira Bin;
c) Presentation of awards for choirs poetry and exhibition contests;
d) Choir presentation;
e) Presentation of poetry;
f) Presentations of prizes for traditional dances, plastic artists (painting & sculpture) & crafts;
g) Presentation of traditional dances;
h) Bands (Maubere + Díli Allstars);
i) Maria Vitoria (Marvi)

4:30 p.m. - Exchange of notes between Timor-Leste and Australia on the Ratification of the Maritime Border Treaty. Local Government Palace

5.15 p.m. - Arrival of guests of honor to Tasi Tolu (to the sound of the Berliku fanun Rai Orchestra)

5.45pm - Commencement of ceremonies in Tasi Tolu:
A) National Anthem (Light fades and focus on the choir); (5 minutes)
b) Ecumenic Prayer; (15 minutes)
c) Maubere Timor - musical performance with projection of images; (6 minutes)
d) Message of the UN general secretary;
e) Minute of silence – led by the PR;
f) Discourse of H.E. The President of the Republic; (15 minutes)
g) "Ai Timor", Luís Represas - musical performance with projection of images;(5 minutes)
h) Attribution of honors – with image projection of each awardee; (20 minutes)
i) Presentation of traditional dances; (10 minutes)
j) Toast and fireworks, to the sound of "Oras to'o ona", Lahane Group and "Liberdade", Díli Allstars;
(20 minutes)

8.30pm - Conclusion of the official ceremonies and the departure of the honored guests

9.00pm - Lowering of the National flag by F-FDTL. Local: Tasi Tolu
