Extraordinary Meeting of the Council of Ministers of July 16th, 2018
The Council of Ministers met in the Government Palace in Dili to re-examine together with all the members of the VIII Constitutional Government the strategic technical plan for the preparation of the General State Budget for 2018 presented by the Acting Minister of Finance, Sara Lobo Brites. The plan evaluated by the members of the Government presents recommendations for the methodology, calendar and options for scenarios and factors to determine the fiscal ceiling for the General State Budget for 2018, considering the objectives of the Strategic Development Plan, fiscal sustainability and quality budget execution.
