Afternoon Off on the 13th of April
The Government has decided to grant the afternoon off on the 13th April, from 12:00pm onwards, to all the employees and agents of the ministries or their dependent services, as well as the institutes and integrated indirect State administration bodies.
This decision is due to he celebrations held on Holy Thursday, the last day of Lent in the calendar of the Catholic religion which this year falls on the 13th April.
This decision is based on Law no. 10/2005, of August 10th, which determines the days that are national holidays, official commemorative dates and days off. END
