Celebrations of the 41st anniversary of the Proclamation of Independence

Place: Lospalos, Municipality of Lautem
This year the celebrations of the Proclamation of Independence will take place in Lospalos, in the municipality of Lautem.
On November 27th, there will be a Mass of thanksgiving, in the church of the parish of Lospalos, starting at 16h00.
On November 28th, the headquarters of the F-FDTL, located in the Hamlet of 30 de August, in the Village of Fuiloru, will serve as the venue for the official ceremonies.
Starting at 8 o'clock in the morning, the Raising of the National Flag, the reading of the text of the Declaration of Independence and the award ceremony to the winners of the competition "Nutrition Prize", are some of the activities included in this ceremony.
The event will be attended by the President of the Republic, Taur Matan Ruak, the Prime Minister, Rui Maria de Araújo, the President of the National Parliament, Adérito Hugo da Costa, and the President of the Court of Appeal, Guilhermino da Silva.
