Seminar on Social Protection

The Ministry of Social Solidarity, in collaboration with the Embassy of Australia, organizes the Seminar on Social Protection, which takes place June 23rd and 24th, in the auditorium of the Archive and Museum of Timorese Resistance, from 8h00 to 17h00.
The seminar aims to promote reflection on the best strategies to take on and reduce poverty in Timor-Leste and improve results in the health and education areas. It will be conducted by Dr. Stephen Kidd and by Dr. Juliet Attenborough, specialists in Social Policy, and will also have the participation of specialists in Social Protection from Indonesia.
