Language Clinic for Journalists

The awarding ceremony of participation certificates on Portuguese language training for journalists in 2014 and the launching of a new training cycle for the year of 2015, the “Language Clinic for Journalists”, will take place on July 9th, at the auditorium of the Archive and Museum of East Timorese Resistance.

This project is framed by the Media Component of the Democratic Governance Support Program for Timor-Leste, cooperation assigned by the European Union to Camões Institute from Portugal, which, since 2012, has been focusing on the support to the training of Timorese journalists.

The ceremony counts on with the presence of the Secretary of State for Media, the Rector for the National University of Timor Lorosa’e, the Ambassador of Portugal, the Head of the European Union Delegation, media directors and national journalists.
