Meeting of the Council of Ministers from September 30th, 2014
The Government gathered this Tuesday, September 30th, 2014, in the Council of Ministers’ meeting Room, at the Government Palace, in Dili, and approved:
1. Government Resolution that approves the installation of the organs and services of the pre-deconcentration structures
Following the measures that are been taken in a phased way to fulfill the administrative pre-deconcentration policies – included in the Strategic Development Plan 2011-2030 – and considering the impact that this Local State Administrative reform has on the population’s daily life, the Government decided to initiate, also in a phased way, the installation process of the organs and services of the Administrative Pre-Deconcentration Structures in the municipalities of Aileu, Ermera and Liquiçá. Therefore, an improved monitoring of the whole process is guaranteed by the State Central Administrative services.
The Council of Ministers also analyzed:
1. The Implementation of the State Budget of 2014
Following the extraordinary meeting of the Council of Ministers from September 24, the Ministry of Finance presented the conclusions about the implementation of the Government budget and discussed the possibility of asking the National Parliament for the rectification of the State Budget, in order to enable the use of the Petroleum Fund, by the end of the year, when the Implementation of the State Budget comes close to be fully executed.
