Vice Minister of Finance formally hands over packet of documents on the Twelfth (Duodécimo) State Budget to Line Ministries, Secretaries of States and other Autonomous Agencies
On behalf of Minister of Finance Emília Pires, the Vice Minister of Finance Santina Viegas Cardoso has formally distributed a packet of documents on the Duodécimo State Budget to Line Ministries, Secretaries of State and other Autonomous Agencies on the 6th of January 2014 in the Knowledge Center of Ministry of Finance.
An amount of $83.391.165,00 was budgeted for all ministries, with the exception of the Special Fund, to continue financing the operations of the Government ensuring that the state functions are not stopped during the month of January until the final approval of the 2014 General State Budget.
The budget is under discussion in the National Parliament for approval within January. The Technical team of the Ministry of Finance also shared the rules and procedures with which Line Ministries and State Institutions must comply their execution of the Duodécimo Budget.
