The Minister of State Administration, Jorge da Conceição Teme, held, on July 8^th, 2013, a conference aiming to guide local authorities in ensuring good communication and coordination, when assisting population. The conference took place at the Hall of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, in Dili.

According to Jorge da Conceição Teme, “the aim is to ensure a good communication and coordination between district and sub district administrators, the heads of suco, the heads of village and other bodies representing the respective ministries, in order to meet the demands and problems faced by locals, in a more effective and efficient way.

Present at this conference, were the Minister of State Administration, Jorge Teme, and also the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries, Mariano Assanami Sabino and the Vice Minister of Social Solidarity, Jacinto Rigoberto Gomes de Deus.
