The One-Stop Shop is an integrated administrative service centre, allowing citizens to access various services in one place, promoting speed, simplicity and accessibility.   The implementation of this system is part of the Government's strategy to bring public services closer to the population and guarantee a more efficient and modern service, said the Minister of State Administration, Tomás do Rosário Cabral. 481206133_122217535754033433_2475000147442257970_n

This is the third One-Stop Shop opened in the country, following the ones established in Manatuto in May 2024 and Baucau in January 2025. The government's aim is to set up One Stop Shop services throughout the country by 2028.   The new counter allows citizens to obtain essential services in one place, avoiding unnecessary travel, modernising administrative processes, strengthening transparency in public administration and reducing bureaucracy and waiting times. 480684278_122217536036033433_3980010108221331728_n
