MoPMR offers Scholarships at the UGM

The Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources (MoPMR), represented by its Department of Scholarships and Foreign Affairs (SaFA), signed this month, with the Universitas Gajah Mada (UGM), an agreement for the implementation and extension of scholarships for masters, aimed at scholars who have finished their licentiate degree in this university.
Ana Lucinda Ribeiro, Head of Department for Scholarships and Foreign Affairs from the MoPMR, revealed that, apart from the signature of the implementation agreement, it was also reviewed the terms of the extension for 2014 and 2015.
''We may accelerate the process to provide our scholars with good qualification, continuing to a Masters, right after the finishing of the degree”, informed the Head of Department for Scholarships and Foreign Affairs from the MoPMR.
''Every Ministry may access these scholarships, as long as they submit their requirement and follow the criteria set by the agreement”, added Ana Lucinda Ribeiro.
The scholars of MoPMR at UGM are 36. Three already have the graduate degree (two men and a woman). Out of 36 finishing the course, 25 are men and 11 are women.
