Idul Fitri Public Holiday and Day Off
The IV Constitutional Government, based on the Directive n.o 02/2010, which determines 9th of September is a public holiday to mark the Idul Fitry Day.
Futhermore, in respect to the two days of Idul Fitri the Government also decided to grant Friday, the 10th of September as a day off to all civil servants and agents of the Ministries or dependable services, as well as institutes and organisms integrated in the State’s indirect administration.
This decision is based on the Law n.o 10/2005, 10 August, that determines the nacional public holidays and the commemorative official dates.
