    The V Constitutional Government met this Wednesday, December 5, 2012, in the meeting room of the Council of Ministers at the Government Palace in Dili, where the Secretary-General of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN ), Dr Surin Pitsuwan was received during his visit to Timor-Leste.

    At this meeting, the Council of Ministers approved:
