  The Council of Ministers met extraordinarily this Friday, July 31st, 2015, in the meeting room of the Council of Ministers, at the Government Palace in Dili, and approved:
  1. Resolution establishing the Commission for Fiscal Reform
  2. Decree-Law that establishes the Organizational Structure of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers
  3. Resolution approving the complementary adjustment to the Basic Technical Cooperation Agreement between the governments of Timor-Leste and Brazil for the implementation of the Programme for the Strengthening of the Justice Sector in Timor-Leste
  4. Resolution appointing the members of the Political Review Committee
  5. Proposal for a resolution to adopt the International Convention of UNESCO against Doping in Sport
  
  The Council of Ministers also analysed:
  1. Fiscal Reform
  2. Initial Report on the Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment
