Opening of the academic year at the National Defence Institute (IDN) and 2013 Inaugural Conference “Defence Force and National Development – Decentralisation and Local Government”
The Solemn Ceremony of the Opening of the 2013-2014 Academic Year at the National Defence Institute will take at the Auditorium of F-FDTL in Fatuhada, Dili, on 29 May. As part of the ceremony, the 2013 Inaugural Conference will be held under the topic “Defence Force and National Development – Decentralisation and Local Government”.
