Throughout the days of October 30th and 31st (Thursday and Friday), the State Secretariat for Administrative Decentralization will organize the Second International Conference on Administrative Decentralization and Local Government, on the theme "A Local Administration at the service of the development of Timor-Leste".
On the 30th, the meeting will take place at the Conference Room of Hotel Timor, starting at 9 am and lasting until 17h. The activities on 31st will take place at Restaurant Metiaut, starting from 9.00 a.m. to 01.00 p.m. The conference will include a panel of speakers, including representatives of local authorities from Portugal, Australia and Indonesia, according to the following program:
