Prime Minister visits the Administrative Post of LequidoeThe Prime Minister, Dr. Rui Maria de Araújo, has paid tribute to Guido Valadares, who was killed in battle in 1976, during a ceremony held on June 10th, in the Administrative Post of Lequidoe, Bereleu Village, in the Aileu Municipality.
In 1975, when the independence of Timor-Leste was proclaimed, Valadares joined Government as Vice Minister of Health. He is a figure of reference for health professionals and for everybody in Timor-Leste.
