The Minister for Tourism, Francisco Kalbuady Lay, the Secretary of State for Art and Culture, Maria Isabel de Jesus Ximenes and the Chairman of the Portuguese Society of Authors (SPA), José Jorge of the United Nations, organized the seminar ” Copyright as a Development Approach”, that will take place on September 11, 2014 at the Dili Convention Centre.
