The Secretary of State for Vocational Training and Employment participates in the tenth episode of the “Government Page” TV show.

The Secretary of State for Vocational Training and Employment, Rogério Araújo Mendonça, participated this morning, May 22nd, 2025, in the recording of the tenth episode of the “Página do Governo” (Government Page) TV show, which will soon be broadcast by Radio and Television of Timor-Leste (RTTL) and shared on social media.
During the interview, the Secretary of State addressed the primary priorities and areas of intervention of his office, within the framework of the 9th Constitutional Government's strategy for human resources development and employment promotion in Timor-Leste. Ongoing efforts to enhance technical and vocational training, improve connections with the labour market, and expand opportunities for young Timorese, including through labour mobility programmes and partnerships with national and international entities, were also discussed.
The “Página do Governo” (Government Page) TV Show is promoted by Agio Pereira, the Minister of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers and Government Spokesperson, in partnership with RTTL. The programme is hosted by Nélia Chaves, with Ika Moniz serving as executive producer and providing technical support alongside the communications teams from the Prime Minister's Office, the Government Spokesperson's Office, and the interviewed Government member. This initiative aims to enhance transparency and foster closer ties between the Executive and citizens, enabling the population to follow the main actions and public policies underway in an accessible and informed manner.
Next Friday, May 23rd, at 8 p.m., an episode featuring Vice Prime Minister and Coordinating Minister for Social Affairs, as well as Minister of Rural Development and Community Housing, Mariano Assanami Sabino, will be broadcast in an edition dedicated to social and rural development, focusing on promoting integrated policies for the well-being of the population. The Government invites all citizens to tune in to this broadcast, which will be aired on RTTL and social media.
