The Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, José Luís Guterres, travels on March 30 to Brussels, to the signing of an agreement with the European Union and participate in the International Conference on the Prevention of Genocide, to be held between 31 days March and 1 April.

In Belgium, the timorese Minister will sign a Financing Agreement of the European Development Fund, in the area of public finance management.

On the occasion of the twentieth anniversary of the genocide in Rwanda (1994-2014), will be held the International Conference on the Prevention of Genocide, with the presence, among other guests, the Secretary-General of United Nations Ban Ki-moon.

From 6 to 10 April the Minister José Luís Guterres travels to China to accompany the official visit of Prime Minister Kay Rala Xanana Gusmão, in order to participate in the international conference on economic development and cooperation in Asia.
