This is a multisectoral activity and was planned to verify the ability of the Government of Timor-Leste in responding to emergencies. The purpose of this exercise is to collect information from various relevant institutions related to the way they respond to the scenario represented by this exercise. Moreover, it will also help to identify gaps and register weaknesses, so that we can improve the Contingency Plan and National Policy on Disaster Management in the future.

On the first day (May 13) it will be held a meeting in the meeting of the Ministry of Social Solidarity in which, while small exercises are performed.

On the second day (May 14) the simulation of emergency response to the sinking of boats and flood victims will be held in Tasi Tolu.
