Prime Minister and Minister of Defence and Security, Kay Rala Xanana Gusmão, will participate in the Jakarta International Defence Dialogue 2013 (JIDD) which, this year, will be organized under the theme “Defence and Diplomacy in the Asia-Pacific Region”.

At the opening of the third edition of this International Dialogue on 20 March, Kay Rala Xanana Gusmão will be delivering his speech near Purnomo Yusgiantoro, Minister of Defence of the Republic of Indonesia, and Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono, President of the Republic of Indonesia.
