At 11am, the President of the Republic will make a speech, followed by the unveiling of the inauguration plate and ribbon-cutting.
At the end of the ceremony, the book of the Tetun edition of “The Dignity of Konis Santana and Timorese Resistance” – (A Dignidade Konis Santana e a Resistência Timorense) – by Professor José Mattoso, Phd., will be launched before the opening to the public.
