The Secretary of State for Natural Resources Alfredo Pires, and the Ambassador of Norway to Timor-Leste, Eivind S. Homme, celebrate the 10 years of institutional cooperation in the management of petroleum resources with a formal dinner to be held at Hotel Timor on 21 May.
