Held on April 9 and 10 2010 at the Dili Municipal Market Conference Center, Dili International Dialogue will bring together 45 countries, international agencies like the World Bank, the European Union, United Nations, and NGO\’s, looking for solutions towards the construction of peace and of the State. The Dialogue should be concluded with the issuing of a document entitled the Declaration of Dili.
