On November 22 was launched at the Hotel Timor in Díli, the “Annotated Constitution of the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste”.

Coordinated by the portuguese constitutionalist Pedro Bacelar de Vasconcelos, “This collective work was built with the contributions we receive from a large number of legal experts, timorese and portuguese, with relevant teaching, legal advice or legal practice in Timor-Leste experience”, explains the project coordinator in the preface of the book.
The President of the National Parliament was the host of the “Annotated Constitution of the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste “official presentation, which was attended by the President of the Court of Appeal, the Government and MPs, among other national and international personalities.
After this official presentation, the work is presented on November 24, at the National University of Timor Lorosa’e and on 25 at the Court of Appeal. Pedro Bacelar de Vasconcelos is also interviewed on RTL – Radio Timor-Leste for the program “Goodbye Conflict Welcome Development”, under the Government responsibility on November 27.
