Council of Ministers Meeting on October 5, 2011

 

The Council of Ministers met this Wednesday, October 5, 2011, in the Council of Ministers Meeting Room at the Government Palace in Díli, and analyzed:

1. Decree-Law that approves the District Integrated Development Plan

The Ministry of State Administration and Territorial Planning presented, to the Council of Ministers, a draft decree-law which defines and regulates the rules on jurisdiction, planning, implementation and financing of the District Integrated Development Plan (PDID) for the implementation of projects at district and sub-district level. The system of planning and implementation of the District Integrated Development Plan will ensure that the State budget is invested in areas that the districts and sub -districts have defined as a priority.

The Council of Ministers will review this legislation.
