The 21st episode of the “Government Page” TV show, featuring the Minister of Social Solidarity and Inclusion, Verónica das Dores, will air this Friday, May 8th, 2026, at 8:00 p.m. on Radio and Television of Timor-Leste (RTTL) and on social media.
During the interview, the Minister of Social Solidarity, Verónica das Dores, will outline the key priorities of the Ministry of Social Solidarity and Inclusion, focusing on social assistance, social protection, and social inclusion programmes primarily for the most vulnerable groups, including children, the elderly, people with disabilities, victims of domestic violence, and families in vulnerable situations.
The interview also addresses the implementation of the Bolsa da Mãe (Mother’s Allowance) Programme, the criteria for identifying beneficiary families, the strengthening of social and humanitarian support, the construction of community housing, one-off assistance for citizens in need, and measures for the community reintegration of victims of violence and other complex social cases.
