The agreement establishes a framework for institutional cooperation, serving as the legal and operational basis for implementing training programmes to strengthen the technical, practical, and professional skills of MSSI staff in areas related to public and social services.

The initiative aims to improve the quality of public services, with a particular focus on the most vulnerable groups, by investing in workforce training.

The planned training programmes will cover topics such as public finance management, human resources management, and other areas of professional development, to improve productivity and the quality of institutional performance.

During the ceremony, Minister Verónica das Dores urged the staff to participate in the training with a sense of responsibility and dedication. She emphasised the importance of adhering to the schedule and focusing on the course material, which are essential to ensuring the training’s effectiveness and achieving learning outcomes. She also noted that capacity building contributes to the professional performance of their duties.

The director of Nuansa Global emphasised the importance of the agreement in strengthening cooperation between the two institutions and noted that perseverance is key to achieving sustainable results in human resources development.

As part of her visit to Indonesia, the Minister also visited institutions that assist vulnerable people to observe how their services operate and the social response models they adopt.

Nuansa Global is an organisation based in Yogyakarta that specialises in professional training and human resources development, with a focus on institutional and technological capacity building.
