In the morning of Jully 15th, 2025, the 14th edition of the “Página do Governo” program was recorded, with the participation of the Minister of Interior, Francisco da Costa Guterres, in the Studio installed in the Government Palace. The broadcast will soon be aired on Radio and Television of Timor-Leste (RTTL) and promoted in the national media, as well as on the official social media networks. 
The “Página do Governo” is an initiative promoted by the Spokesperson’s Office, led by the Minister of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers and Government Spokesperson, Agio Pereira, in partnership with RTTL The program has Nélia Chaves as presenter, Ika Moniz as executive producer and has technical support from the communication teams of the Prime Minister’s Office, the Spokesperson’s Office and the member of Government interviewed. . The aim is to strengthen transparency and proximity between the Executive and the population, so that everyone can follow the main actions and public policies underway in an accessible and informed way. 
In this edition, the Minister of Interior addressed central themes of governance in the internal security sector, including the Ministry’s priorities in the current mandate, the operational capacity building of the National Police of Timor-Leste (PNTL), the management and protection of land and maritime borders, and strengthening of civil protection services in the face of natural disaster risks. 
During the interview, they also discussed the measures adopted to prevent violence associated with martial arts groups, the legislative and institutional reforms underway, as well as cooperation efforts with development partners in the field of institutional capacity building and infrastructure modernization.
