The Secretary of State, Bendito freitas, inaugurated the new buildings for the Secretariat of State of Professional Training and Employment (SoSPTE), in five districts: Baucau, Same, Gleno, Maliana e Oe-cusse Ambeno. The inauguration took place in Same, on the 11th of June.
The Secretary of State referred that “The objective for the creation of these new SoSPTE establishments, in the five regions, is to give access to professional training, especially to the region’s youth”.
The Secretary of State added that “this action is, also, included in the decentralization plan. The SoSPTE intends to make available, to the youths in the districts, the human resources capacity building and training program for the future”.
The Manufahi, District Administrator, Filomeno Tilman thanked the building construction initiative in the Manufahi (Same) region, which makes available the installations to the community.
Besides the new buildings’ inauguration, the Secretary of State presided over the investiture of the responsible persons for the departments in the regions of Baucau (Romano António de Sousa), Manufahi (Domingos Mendonça Rodrigues), Ermera (Abel da Costa), Maliana (Eugénia Moniz), e Oe-Cusse Ambeno (Mário Monisalo).
