The Secretary of State of Professional Training and Employment (SoSPTE), Benedito Freitas, delivered certificates to the 85 students that concluded their training in English and IT, at a Graduation Ceremony that took place at the Science of Life System 24/7 Training Center (SOLS 24/7). This training had the duration of two years and was finished at the end of April this year.

To the Secretary of State of Professional Training and Employment “training in English language is very important in the globalized world where we live today. It is important in the cooperation and bilateral relations, among others. All this has implication on universal knowledge. English is necessary in everything. ”

The SOLS 24/7 was established in Timor-Leste in the year 2007 as an organization that gives access to training in the English language, information technology (computer) and knowledge about human rights values.
