The Council of Ministers met at the Government Palace in Dili and heard a presentation by the Rector of the Timor Lorosa’e National University (UNTL), Francisco Miguel Martins, regarding the process of access and entrance into public higher education for the school year of 2019, at the UNTL and the Polytechnic Institute of Betano (IPB).
