During two days, countries like Timor-Leste, Liberia, Serra, Leoa, Burundi, Republic Democratic of Congo and Central African Republic will share their experience of Nation building.
The participation of international agencies like the World Bank, the European Union, the United Nations and also Non Governmental Organizations, will provide additional input in the task of finding and promoting the best path towards Peace and the building of the State.
The conclusions of the Dialogue shall result in a final document called “Declaration of Dili”.
The official opening, on April 9th, shall be presided by His Excellency the President of the Republic, José Ramos Horta. On April 10th Prime Minister Xanana Gusmão, will present the conclusions of the “Dili International Dialogue”.
