The Prime Minister delivers copies of the publication to the President of the National Parliament and the President of the Court of Appeal.

The Secretary of State for Administrative Decentralization delivers copies of the publication to the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Foreign Affairs and Cooperation.

The Director General of STAE delivering a copy of the book to the Minister of State Administration.

The President of the National Elections Commission delivers a copy of the publication to the Ambassador of Portugal in Dili.
