SECOMS represents Government of Timor-Leste in Agreement between the Japanese Government and UNICEFThe Secretary of State for Social Communication (SECOMS), Merício Juvenal dos Reis "Akara", representing the Government of Timor-Leste, participated in the signing ceremony of the Note of Understanding between the Japanese Government and UNICEF to strengthen the universal birth registration system in Timor-Leste. The Ceremony was held at the United Nations Compound in Caicoli, Dili, on September 7, 2018.
